This is the only set of stand pipes on my 05 that have actually lasted, ive been through cheap ones, ford ones, after lots of research I came to this company and the xotic ones are the only stand pipes and dummy plugs that have held up to date.

Highly recommend and even cheaper then oem.

If I had to rate this install it would be rated at (A PAIN IN THE A) lol! I have installed a few of these before on Ford’s different brands ofc and never had issues. Without a doubt the dimensions are a little off on this kit but after a few f bombs I was able to get it in. The bottom coupling is sitting a bit “awkward” but all in all decent kit for the price. I’d try to maybe adjust the bottom couplings size give it some more tilt towards the back of the vehicle and install would be a breeze.

Right off the bat there was quick delivery of the product which was nice, overall the quality of the studs were very good and everything fit as it should without complaint. Time to test them out, I’m sure they’ll do a good job keeping the heads down on this duramax work truck.

Worked as advertised. Block needed the thread chaser to clean up the threads for a Head install. Assembly Lube used when putting the heads back on and torquing the Head Studs.

Years ago when buying studs for my 6.0.i kept over looking there's. The"other" co is rediculous in price. Read about them and bought them. Not really trusting anything yet. The internet is filled with junk. But when I opened the studs and seen the care taken to protect them I was blown away. Not too mention they were as equally strong as the other companies. And still in use years later. I just bought the stand pipe kit now. Again priced so reasonable it makes you question. But as soon as I opened them. Same deal. Same care taken. Perfectly machined. And you can literally feel that two piece connection and how strong it is. If the masses started learning about this company? The "other Co." Would be in trouble.

Was tired of the band style ring compressors, and decided to give this a shot. Works amazingly. 10/10 recommend

I ordered this to go along with my head studs and milled rocker pedestals. These are high quality bottoming taps. I wish i had a complete set of them. Individually packaged in a plastic tube and arrived within a week after ordering.

I got 2 sets of these for stress testing and they have lived up to the stress very well! At roughly 400whp and 20psi they hold up very well and have been reused a few times with no issues. More grease or options to order more would be great!

Great head studs kit for SOHC Subaru 2.5L. Everything was nicely packaged and now I have a bunch of vacuum caps as well. Yes, all the studs had thread protectors on both ends.
Only real gripe is the lube pack. That I would have liked in a squeeze pack instead of having to dig into it to apply lube to parts. Otherwise, great product and no more head gasket leaks due to bolt stretching.

Everything was indvidually packaged and packaged well. Also the air freshener they send smells amazing

Fit and finish are great. So far they seem to be on par with another popular brand out there.

The XOTIC 6.0L stand pipe kit resolved my high pressure oil leak issue. The truck now starts right up and it resumed the normal, i.e. short, crank time. It is still a little early to know how the O-rings will hold up, so only time will tell. Though it is a subtle change, I do agree XOTIC's redesign of the upper pipe tip is an improvement over the OEM Ford/Motorcraft stand pipes. The redesigned tip does seem like it will help reduce the high pressure oil's tendency to be forced towards the O-ring. i.e. The OEM pipe taper does seem to direct the high pressure to the O-ring, which is obviously undesirable. The photos (included) depict my OEM FORD standpipe O-ring failure after only 9K miles. These pipes were installed during a fuel injector replacement project. The original OEM standpipes had lasted (without failure) for 193K miles. There is obviously a FORD "replacement part" supplier issue; and this is further confirmed by the experiences of other 6.0L owners on the various diesel forums. The XOTIC stand pipe kit price is very reasonable and the product is beautifully machined and packaged.

Worked out good no issues at all especially with my added compound turbo studs do there job well worth the price
