 1. What’s Covered

We guarantee that your XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ fasteners will be free from manufacturing defects for
the life of the product.

Covered manufacturing defects include:

• Material flaws (e.g. improper alloys or structural inconsistencies)
• Workmanship issues (e.g. threading or machining errors)
• Failures related to heat treatment or finishing processes

Note: This warranty applies specifically to fasteners unless otherwise
stated on the product page.

2. Warranty Periods

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty on all fastener products.
2. Limited One (1) Year Warranty on all other products from date of
   purchase.

3. What’s Not Covered

We believe in transparency. This warranty does not cover:

• Fastener failures due to improper installation, including over-torquing, incorrect torque sequencing, or failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.
• Engine or vehicle damage resulting from the use or failure of our products.
• Incidental or consequential expenses, including labor, downtime, or shipping delays.
• Use beyond the performance limits of our products.
• XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ 7200 Series fasteners are engineered for street performance and moderate racing. Warranty coverage does not apply if these fasteners are pushed beyond their intended capabilities.

Specifically, they are suited for:

• Gasoline engines up to 800 horsepower and 30 psi of boost, with proper tuning.
• Diesel engines up to 1,000 horsepower and 60 psi of boost, with proper tuning.

4. Who’s Eligible

To be eligible for warranty coverage:

• You must be the original purchaser.
• The product must be registered within 30 days of purchase using the serial number included in your kit.
• This warranty is non-transferable.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims must be submitted via our form using the submission form at the bottom of this page.

To file a claim, you must:

1. Provide proof of purchase.
2. Upload clear photographic evidence of the defect.
3. Include a written description of the issue.
4. Ship the product back to XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ if requested (we cover return shipping).

All claims are reviewed within 30 business days, and our decision will be communicated clearly and promptly.

6. Remedies Offered

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ may, at its discretion:

• Replace the defective item with an equivalent new product.
• Provide store credit equal to the original purchase price of the defective product.

7. Shipping and Handling

• If your claim is approved, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement product (within Canada and the continental U.S.).
• If we request the original product back, we’ll also cover the cost of return shipping.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to engine or vehicle damage, loss of use, labor charges, towing, personal injury, or death, arising from the use or failure of our products.

9. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except as expressly provided above, XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ makes no other warranties, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. No oral or written information or advice provided by XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ or its representatives shall create a warranty.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this warranty, the Products, or the purchase, installation, or use thereof shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and the purchaser irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
