Xotic Performance offers a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover for any labour, installation, or damage incurred.

Xotic Performance guarantees its parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards.

For all returns, defective and warranties or exchanges, we require a copy of your invoice and the packaging that the part was delivered in. Contact our staff prior to sending back your item to discuss the details of the situation by filling out our warranty form.

Standard orders in stock ship from our facilities the same business day. Units ordered for industrial, older or specialty vehicles may require additional time but orders are always fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible.

If you performed the original install following the torque sequence correctly, and there are no visible signs of damage, they can be re-used. However, you should not reuse the head studs if you see any signs of corrosion or thread galling.
