Most aftermarket and even OEM stand pipes fail the same way: extreme oil pressure and heat wear out the sealing O-ring, causing leaks and pressure loss. Ours is reengineered at the core — a redesigned inner connector reduces the gap between metal parts, creating a tighter seal that puts less stress on the O-ring. The result: longer lifespan, better oil control, and no more pressure-related failures. Backed by a 1-year replacement warranty. Replaces 6E7Z-9A332-A/B, 3C3Z-9K042-A, 904-231, 904-192.

2. Upgraded STC High Pressure Oil Pump Fitting Kit (IP100)

The factory snap-to-connect fitting between your HPOP and oil supply branch tube leaks or separates under pressure — the classic cause of hard hot starts and no-start conditions. This revised, bracketed design locks the fitting securely in place under sustained high-pressure operation, restoring proper injector control and dependable starts, hot or cold. A direct bolt-in fix — no cutting, no modifications. Replaces OE# 4C3Z-9B246-F (also crosses to 4C3Z9B246A/D/E, 3C3Z-9H529-A, 1879930C93).

3. High-Pressure Oil Rail Ball Tube Socket & O-Ring Repair Kit (OR100)

A complete 17-piece kit with ball tubes, high-temperature fluoroelastomer O-rings, leak-proof nipple cups, and a black oxide–coated removal socket. The nipple cups are built to OEM-level specifications with a deflection groove that redirects oil away from critical sealing surfaces, restoring a secure injector seal. Repair instead of replace — service the ball tubes in place rather than buying a complete oil rail assembly.
