Rocker Arm Kit

Great product!! Everything came as pictured with tools and instructions I will be using this on my 6.2 ls motor that I’m rebuilding so this will be a nice piece to add thanks xotic performance!!

These rocker arms feel like a solid upgrade, especially since the trunnion kit is already installed. That saves time and makes the job a little easier compared with pressing everything in yourself. The parts look well made, and the bearings feel smoother and more secure than the stock style. Installation still takes some mechanical knowledge. For an LS build or replacement, this set feels strong, clean, and worth the price.

I picked these up for my 6.2 build because I did not want to mess with pressing in new trunnions myself. The stock rocker arms always make me nervous because those tiny needle bearings can fall out and ruin an entire engine if they fail. These Xotic Performance ones come with the upgrade already done so you just have to bolt them down and go. They feel really solid and the movement is smooth as silk compared to the old high mileage ones I took off. I put them on my LS3 and they fit perfectly without any clearance issues under the valve covers. It is such a relief not having to worry about those factory bearings failing anymore. If you are doing a cam swap or just refreshing your top end these are a total no brainer to grab. The finish is clean and they look like they can handle plenty of abuse. Definitely a better option than trying to do the install yourself if you do not have a shop press.

I ordered these for job on a 6.2L LS build while upgrading the valvetrain. Right out the gate, I have to say that having the trunnion upgrade already installed saved me a lot of time, and time is money. Instead of pressing apart the factory rockers and installing the bearings myself, this kit had them ready to bolt on right out of the box.The rockers fit on the stock shafts and looked right once everything was torqued down. I also want to point out that the upgraded trunnions use 8620 steel with caged roller bearings which is a substantial, noticeable upgrade over the factory needle bearings. These should hold up better in higher RPM situations or engines with aftermarket cams, which adds some serious value.The machining and finish is super solid. Everything was clean. The bearings moved smoothly. No rough edges or inconsistencies or quality control issues. They felt like well-made components, not just stock rockers with upgraded parts pressed in. Definitely recommend.
