  • What does the warranty cover?

    Warranty does not cover damages arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions. Damaged boxes nor mold can be considered as part of warranty.
    B). Warranty does not cover defective product as a result of any circumstances not involved in the manufacturing or faulty parts.
    C). Warranty is managed by and subject to approval by local agent. Proof of purchase is necessary. We will need an original copy of your receipt / invoice, a picture of the defect.
    D). To submit warranty claim, kindly email with the subject title "Xotic Performance Warranty - Product Name".
    E). Xotic Performance reserves the right to decline a warranty request.

  • Once my order is placed, how long does it take to receive it?

    Standard orders in stock ship from our facilities the same business day. Units ordered for industrial, older or specialty vehicles may require additional time but orders are always fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Where do you ship, what shipping methods do you offer, and at what cost?

    In order to provide you with the delivery method that best suits your needs, we eploy the use of state-of-the-art shipping cost calculators which compare all the rates and options of all major carriers and truck freight companies in order to provide you with the best possible rates the industry has to offer. We can ship to anywhere in Canada, the US, and internationally at the lowest possible price. Some of the carriers we regularly ship with include DHL, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, United States Postal Service, Air Canada Cargo, Day and Ross, and many more.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Western Union, PayPal, Interac e-mail money transfers, cashier's checks, money orders and bank transfers. However, orders placed with payment via cashier's checks and money orders will not be processed until your payment is received.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All our products are inclusive of a full refund or exchange within 30 days upon shipment from out warehouse. Please report any errors within 24 hrs of receiving product. All returned product MUST be approved prior to return, otherwise product may not be accepted at the warehouse and may be considered lost. ALL Returns must be delivered to our Canadian warehouse. If you are not satisfied with our product, return it un-used in the original packaging and we will credit your entire purchase, except shipping. If there are any damages to the product, we will charge a restocking fee. NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS. Re-stocking fee may apply, please confirm before returning.
