Broached ends provide an Allen-key interface for fitting and removing the studs. Use the tool size specified in your kit’s installation instructions.

XOTIC 7200 alloy studs feature threads rolled after heat treatment. Follow your kit’s instructions for lubrication, tightening sequence, and torque requirements.

Strength specification

The published tensile-strength range for XOTIC 7200 head studs is 220,000–240,000 psi. Tensile strength describes the material under tension; it is not an installed clamping-force or horsepower rating.
