For the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins configuration. CP114 rod bolts require angled rod caps and do not fit straight-cap rods. MP878 is the M14 main-stud kit for 1989–early 1997. Confirm the main-bearing-cap fastener configuration before ordering. Includes rocker-arm pedestals, not moving rocker arms. Not for 24-valve 5.9L or 6.7L engines.

Match each component.

The milled pedestal relief creates space beside the head-stud position while the shaft supports the rocker arrangement.

Separate sealing and fastening roles.

Each VC100 perimeter gasket seals a cover to the head; an O-ring seals each mounting bolt opening.

Follow the component procedure.

Prepare the mating surfaces and threads, and follow the instructions for each component. Do not apply one torque value or sequence to the entire bundle.

Before you order

Does this include moving rocker arms?

No. CP200 supplies six machined pedestal assemblies; moving rocker arms are not included.

What rod and main configuration is required?

CP114 is for angled rod caps only. MP878 is the M14 main-stud kit for 1989–early 1997. Confirm the main-bearing-cap fastener configuration before ordering.

Are thread chasers included?

Yes. One each CS304 M12 × 1.75, CS317 M8 × 1.25 and CS301 M14 × 2.0 is listed. These tools clean matching existing threads; they do not cut new threads.

What warranty applies?

Fastener kits carry Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. The pedestals, valve covers and thread chasers carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty. See the policy for terms.
