For the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins configuration. CP114 rod bolts require angled rod caps and do not fit straight-cap rods. MP878 is the M14 main-stud kit for 1989–early 1997. Confirm the main-bearing-cap fastener configuration before ordering. Includes rocker-arm pedestals, not moving rocker arms. Not for 24-valve 5.9L or 6.7L engines.

The milled pedestal relief creates space beside the head-stud position while the shaft supports the rocker arrangement.

Keep component specifications separate.

Use the requirements for each included kit. A shared bundle does not make every bolt or stud the same size, material or tightening specification.

Follow the component procedure.

Prepare the mating surfaces and threads, and follow the instructions for each component. Do not apply one torque value or sequence to the entire bundle.

Does this include moving rocker arms?

No. CP200 supplies six machined pedestal assemblies; moving rocker arms are not included.

What rod and main configuration is required?

CP114 is for angled rod caps only. MP878 is the M14 main-stud kit for 1989–early 1997. Confirm the main-bearing-cap fastener configuration before ordering.

Does one tightening procedure apply to the whole bundle?

No. Head studs, main studs and rod bolts require their own preparation and tightening procedures.

What warranty applies?

Fastener kits carry Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. The pedestal set carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty. See the policy for terms.
