Review Content Permission

These terms are offered by 1000233612 ONTARIO CORPORATION, operating as XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ and apply only if you choose “Yes, I give permission.”

Your choice

A Yes or No answer is required. You may decline marketing permission by choosing No. Your review refund is the same either way, regardless of your rating. Choosing No does not prevent your review from appearing in the ordinary product-review section under Judge.me's review terms.

What we may use

You give XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, display, and share the review and photos/videos submitted with that review for promotion on our website, social media, and in paid advertisements. This includes your first name and your appearance or voice if present in the submitted media. Online placements may be viewed worldwide. The permission applies to this review and its uploads, not other content you have created, and continues until you withdraw it.

Ownership and editing

You retain ownership of your content. We may crop, resize, trim, caption, or excerpt it for presentation without changing the meaning of your review or misrepresenting your experience. We may share the content with our production providers and publishing platforms to carry out these marketing uses. This permission does not authorize publishing your email address or order details. There is no additional payment for marketing use beyond any eligible review refund.

Other people's rights

You confirm that you created the content or have permission from its owner to authorize these uses. Any identifiable people appearing in it must also have agreed to the marketing uses described here. Please avoid media containing unlicensed music, images, or other material. Content featuring minors needs separate parent or guardian permission before marketing use.

Withdrawing permission

Email info@xotic-performance.com with “Content permission” in the subject and enough information to identify your review. We will promptly stop new marketing use and remove the content from marketing placements we control. Withdrawal cannot undo past distribution or copies outside our control and does not limit your rights under applicable law. Your review refund will not be reversed because you withdraw permission.
