Accessibility Statement

XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want all customers to be able to browse, research fitment, and place orders independently.

Our standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not yet completed a full audit against that standard, and we do not currently claim full conformance. We are also mindful of our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Where we are

Accessibility work on this site is in progress. We are reviewing our templates, product pages, and checkout for keyboard navigation, colour contrast, image alt text, and form labelling, and we are correcting issues as we identify them.

Known limitations

Some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible, including:

• Third-party apps and embedded content, such as review widgets, live chat, and financing tools
• Customer-submitted reviews, photos, and videos
• Older page templates and legacy product images
• Installation manuals and other PDF documents

Where content is not accessible to you, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another format on request.
