These are slightly different than ARP studs but just as strong and saves you money. Installed these on my 09 6.7 Dodge Diesel with no issues 👍🏽

This is a much better design and has worked flawlessly so far. I’ve put 4 sets of stand pipes on my truck since 2014 and each only lasted 6 months to a year I’m 3 years in on these with no problems. I buy them regularly as a 6.0 mechanic

This upgraded stand pipe and dummy plug replacement kit will be installed in a 2004 Ford F-250. They look like good quality stand pipes and dummy plugs. There are no discernible manufacturing flaws. At this price point I was pleasantly surprised that the set includes Viton rubber O-rings with Teflon back-up rings for enhanced sealing. This will be used for a budget rebuild or if not installed before the trip they will be used for a quick fix to get us back on the road.

It’s far better than the oem crap. I didn’t want to spend the money on a part that would crack again. This pipe was affordable and met all my requirements.

This is a nice set of stand pipes. It comes packaged extremely well. I was surprised when I opened the box. Great price, these are comparable to brands significantly more. If you are looking at these, you have some idea of what they are and what they do. They work well, install same as much more expensive ones. No low pressure, no leaking. Fit excellent. Install is same as any others, not a walk in the park for the average person. If you are not familiar or have no idea how these work, take them to your mechanic. A huge positive on these is how fast amazon gets them to your door.

The turbo piping kit that comes one these engines from the factory are known for blowing out and causing issues.

The Xotic upgrade replaces rubber with high temp silicone, plastic with aluminum. The piping is high quality and goes on easy.

Purchase and delivery were very easy and fast. Opening the box, there were no instructions. Included was a sticker that had the website misspelled. You should really fix that. I was able to find one YouTube video on how to install and that was extremely helpful. A one sheet diagram of how it should be assembled should help the buyer a lot. Taking the old cold pipe out was easy and installing the new one took a little over an hour as I was very careful to ensure the clamps were installed correctly and tight. The pipe is very high quality as well as the silicone and aluminum sleaves.

I have not installed the parts yet, but I ordered the milled rocker arm pedestals and the head stud kit. To say that I’m impressed would be an understatement! The packaging is so well done it blows my mind!

They seem to be working good and they were easy to install just wish the packaging was a little better because the assembly line broke inside the box

My project began as a simple top end reconditioning for a classic with high mileage. The chaser taps are very well made and do just what they are supposed to, clean and straighten the threads without removing any material or 'cutting'. Xotic is not misrepresenting an important tool but making the right tool for exactly the job you came looking for help with here. I have even more confidence that their engine hardware will perform just as well as intended. The support chat people were readily available to help answer questions like "which size taps do I need?" And "are you sure this is for chasing and not for cutting?"

Install went as expected. Studs felt good and strong when torqued to spec.

6.7L & 5.9L 24V Dodge Cummins Head Stud Kit 1998.5-Present

I am currently rebuilding my 6.0 Super Duty motor. Picked these up for review to "upgrade" the weak points of the motor.The machine work looks great on these, no burrs, scratches or imperfections that I was able to see. These thread in without issue and include O-rings. I am not sure if I will use these orings when I reassemble, or if I will use my own (only because I don't want to take these back off).

Good fit on my 2006 Ford F250 6.0 Diesel. The design looks to be an improvement over my stock standpipes that started leaking with only 50k miles on the truck. The stated design specks advertised by the manufacturer give me hope that these will last much longer and provide higher oil pressures to the injectors. I like the addition of the check valve that retains oil pressure for faster starts. Recommend

While installing head studs on my 12 valve Cummins I cross threaded one stud. I contacted XOTIC through email and paid the invoice online. Part arrived and my truck is up and running. I was very happy I didn't have to buy a whole set. Thank you. Excellent customer service.
